Swimming Pool Usage Policy

To ensure fair usage and availability, swimming lane reservations are required for the main pool. If you do not have a booking confirmation, you will not be allowed to use the swimming lanes.

Additionally, payment must be made before using the pool, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Payment Notice: When making a payment, please include the date of use in the payment reference or remarks section to avoid any confusion.

For the kids' pool, no reservation is needed, and it can be used freely. However, for the main pool, prior booking is mandatory before accessing the lanes.

This policy helps manage pool capacity and ensures a smooth and organized experience for all swimmers.
